Rituals Coffee House 4+

This app is super convenient, allowing one to order food or beverages making sure your pick up/ wait time is drastically reduced. The interactions I have had so far are very positive as the person processing the order calls to confirm before starting. You also receive an email along with your order which allows you to access a survey which you can rate the experiences good/bad and make suggestions to improve. I would say Rituals is the better coffee house as they use premium dairy and non dairy products as opposed to StarbucksTT. Point to note, the app is by far the easiest to navigate and very user friendly differentiating it from the other local apps which are more glitchy and cumbersome. Overall a good stable app and satisfying experience. P.S. if they could get stirrers/plugs for their hot cups it would be most excellent!!!!!

I love this app. This is perfect for those that hate waiting in long lines and can’t make up their minds on what to order. The app allows you to customize whatever you want. When you’re done, all you have to do is pay and collect at whichever branch.

I had no idea you were allowed to add so much extra stuff to your drinks until I downloaded the app. They really did a good job with it. I’m just sad I couldn’t add my previous points because I lost it. But this app is top tier!!!

This is a useful app for all coffee lovers in countries where rituals is located. But I have 2 issues that really annoy me with this.
Firstly, when signing up for the app using iOS I entered all the required information, but I kept hitting submit and nothing happened as there was no prompt to show me what was incomplete. I decided to add 2 characters to the password field and that worked, ideally there should have been a print saying “password is too short” so persons would know what to do next.
My second issue is with the birthday, I entered the date of birth but to be honest, the fact that you are asking for my full date of birth is required is nonsense, you could easily have the developers amend that to only ask for the day and month.

I hope these comments are taken into consideration, cannot give you more than 3 stars at this point as I think the two issues I raised each warrant a removal.
