Brilliant application
This application is brilliant. A simple and user friendly design. It could be made better by offering credit card payments. Right now the app is configured to WiPay and cash on receipt. Or if the facility to pay with credit card then perhaps that was not easily observed.
One minor setback on collect-orders would be that some staff sometimes are a bit confused when you show up to collect orders.
Excellent App
Local apps tend to have a horrible interface or lack selections. But this was wonderful! Everything was easy to follow and choose just like you’re in the store, the location finder worked perfectly. And someone from the store called me less than 5mins after. I’m definitely using this from now on!
Very Late Delivery… with No updates or even a call
My Estimated time was 1:50pm. It’s Now 2:54pm and my Orders have not arrived. I have not been emailed or even called nothing. The Restaurant is about 5minutes from my Road, and the only reason I can’t leave is because my kids are home and I work from home. So I’m currently with a client.
