Health syncs your steps or workouts with your fitness challenge sessions on teachr.
And it has great privacy protection! Health sync is only activated when you join a fitness class. Your data is stored securely in your Health app. It's never stored on teachr and your progress is only processed on your device. You are in control of your data and no data is ever shared with the tutor.
