Open restaurants, cinemas and other community buildings to give life in your town special flavor. Explore the mine to get resources and find ancient artifacts. Run your own zoo and collect animals from around the world.

Problems
Good morning the game is not loading for me to play, it keeps cutting off and sending me back to the home screen, please fix I’ve deleted it and installed it back and still the same problem
Why
I did get a message and the game is not letting me do anything I can’t tap and other stuff I don’t know how to work it out please help
Help and support
I honestly love this game and still play it. But I have been having technical issues and tried to contact the help and support for this game many times.
After “speaking” to auto bots and reading articles, I filled out a form a few weeks ago to contact a human representative. I stated that my Help and Support button does not work.
The person that answered, then asked me to go to Help and Support to report the issue..? I replied to say I can’t because this is the issue, but never received a response.
I filled out another form a week ago. Again, no response. You guys need really to work on customer service levels, especially since we are spending money on your game.
