Service is Poor

A Pleasant Good Night,

Disappointed!!! I was in dire need of transportation today seeing that my vehicle was down and I tried for a whole hour to obtain a ride. The few drivers that I got ended up canceling the trip and did not had the audacity to notify me. Only when I called then I was told of the above mentioned. Hope the service improve if by chance I decide to use this app again.

Absolutely horrible

Couldn’t register to book a ride. OTP verification is broken. Contacted their support, which informed me to try 1234 and so I did. But the app would hang for about 5mins and not complete the process. After retrying this several times, I was informed by the app that my account has been blocked. At that point, I give up. It’s ridiculous spending all that time troubleshooting an app just to be able to book a ride. Completely useless.
