I have been using the app for months now, with my same identification and information about me, and suddenly after 7 months it stopped working because apparently my identification is not valid, like every detail of my identification is 100% valid and I even tried re entering my identifications again and it still is not working on me and my family and some friends either for two days now. You guys need to fix this lil problem because it could also be causing you guys lost as well

My driver was 15 minutes late for pick because he got lost even though you all have a built in navigation system AND he picked up a passenger on the way to my destination because he recognized them from the area. That is so poor. Be professional. A company is hiring you to pick up the person who called the ride. Only other people supposed to be in the car are persons that are coming with me. You can’t do that. And there wasn’t any trouble on the ride but it’s the principle. Supposed I was someone with ratty behavior and start to get on- you all would say I’m wrong. Please let your drivers know never to do that because I am still laid back person for the most part but they might meet the wrong one and it wouldn’t end well. And supposed the person he picked up was some criminal. O for crying out loud if yall want to be the sneeze of the United States and copy their every idea at least do it with some class. Very disgusting. I would not recommend. I will just still to the bus route because it’s been over a year with all of the issues and you all still can’t seem to understand what good customer service should look like in Trinidad & Tobago. Yuck.
