Description

Volleyball Warmup 9000 is a handy little tool for keeping your warm-ups fresh in the volleyball gym, both just body-wise and with the ball, and for tracking your athletes' fitness.

You can randomly generate warm-ups in a few different exercises to get your athletes tuned in and ready to go, with a few built-in options to hit the different phases you might like to go through when you get to the gym. Massage them into place, save your favorites to run again and again, or turn the randomness over to your players and see what they get up to. There's even a timer to make sure your warm-ups happen at a decent pace.

Same with warming up with a ball, there are 7 exercises, at the moment, with descriptions of how to run them, you or your athletes (or the random picker) can pick from to get moving in the gym with a volleyball.

And you can run the Beep Test, or a version of the beep test, to so how fit your athletes are. Every minute, the players have to get from one end line to the next, adding in a trip as each minute ticks up... The app will show you, at a glance, what the current score of the running athletes is, how many back and forths they should be doing, and beep to let them know when to start the next round.
