The WASA Services App allows you to:
Quickly and easily pay your WASA bill on your smart phone or tablet.
Report a water leak by simply taking a picture of the leak, and the image and GPS information is uploaded to our systems for processing
Request a truck borne supply and receive confirmation and a work request number of the request which is automatically created in our work management information system.

Poor App
Got error no internet when internet worked fine however the worst is getting error with payment when in fact my payment went through …. No receipt or no credit to the account for this payment. Only to see the payment on my credit card statement. Absolutely the worst!
Great app
Only found out about three days ago. Immediately started to use it no problems.
Getting Error on Internet and Not Loading
Downloaded the new version and getting an error with the internet whilst my internet connection is strong.
Other sections also not loading to see basic things like bill payment
