無法登入
昨天申辦的時候是可以登入進去的，但是今天卻沒辦法，試了五次同樣的密碼什麼的都是一樣沒辦法登入，想說打給客服結果呢，類似水聲，這樣子我要怎麼知道說要如何登錄進去

轉帳方便了
之前轉帳超煩，因為記性不好，老是要輸入密碼，自己的手機還要這麼做真的給他⋯雖然是為了安全，可是直覺式的操作方式真的便利太多了！

轉帳免費次數只有一次？
中信銀是台灣數一數二的銀行，但是跨行轉帳好像不怎麼大方只有一次的免費轉帳服務，我在兆豐銀行每個月有9次免費轉帳的機會，
請貴公司考慮一下對於長期的客戶轉帳可以有每個月五次免費轉帳的服務嗎？
