易當機且沒問卷回饋功能
點過程順序數字會閃退，且沒有診療後沒任何問卷機制和客戶回饋功能。診療最後沒有醫師問診，只有心血管女醫拿聽筒聽脖子、心胸部份。諮詢沒獲得詳細的結果，僅得到「要去醫院的相關科做進一步檢查」且不是透過運動就可改善？！問是否是飲食關係，也沒說飲食改善是否是正確方式。
