Schedule doesn’t synchronize on different devices

I really like the app.
However, I use the same account on my iPhone and iPad, but my schedule could not synchronize recently.

Hi! We have fixed the sync bug that manifested yesterday. Sync should work without a problem now.

I loved this app but after I paid everything went wrong!!!!!!!

I wrote to the service many times and the problems never get fixed after I paid. I wish I never paid for this beautiful app. The calendar in the expense can’t change the month. The app on Microsoft desktop is not able to open!!!! Help me! I even wrote an article to introduce this app to my friends. Now after I finally paid, and realized that this app has no support and no customer services.
