1. 得聲請查詢之人，填寫「線上查詢案件進度聲請狀」，或於「起訴狀」等相關訴狀內聲請，並提供e-mail帳號，向受理訴訟之法院提出聲請核可後，即可透過本程式查詢事實審刑事、民事（含家事）及行政訴訟之案件進度
