功能包括：
1. 房贷计算（支持：商业贷、公积金贷、混合贷）
2. 每月还贷提醒（App通知提醒）
后续功能（开发中）：
1. 桌面小组件（时刻提醒自己贷款还没还完...）
2. 支持提前还贷计算
3. 支持贷款利率变更（因为基准利率调整了，得重新计算后续月供）
4. 支持添加提醒到日历
