Total failure
My app just shows total failure, and installing it again doesn't improve anything.

It was just a delay in the update rollout. The new version arrived the next day.
Example sounds error
I purchased in-app service to get offline example sounds.
While I download the example sounds, it always stopped around 30% and after that, I have to download it on and on.
It seems not able to have to 100%.
Please help to fix the bug.

The sound files are just really big.
It keeps trying until it downloads, but it will time out if it in the background or goes to sleep. There is the possibility that there are corrupted files, though. That would mean you need to backup your bookmarks and reinstall the app. Contact support@enfour.com
