樂天會員透過樂天點數APP即時查詢樂天會員等級及樂天點數資訊，可以將台灣樂天點數直接換成日本樂天點數還可以使用樂天點數兌換各式商品，未來將推出更多樂天點數相關服務，立即下載樂天點數APP，讓您轉點快速又便利。

2.線上立即將「台灣樂天點數」兌換成「日本樂天點數」
3.日本旅遊刷條碼再消費，消費回饋「日本樂天點數」

4.提供多元性的商品供會員兌換使用
5.輸入樂天點數序號，樂天點數立即入帳
6.訊息推播，接收最新的點數資訊

【日本樂天點數兌換步驟】
1.登入：登入樂天會員帳號，即可查詢您目前的樂天會員等級及帳戶點數
2.兌換：輸入您想要兌換的點數總額進行兌換
3.完成：查看點數明細確認日本樂天點數。
必須先註冊成為「台灣樂天會員」，才能使用樂天點數APP相關服務。
