Terrible service

Return my money immediately. I paid for your product and it doesn’t work at all.
You should have informed me of your ‘technical glitches’ before you took my money , not immediately after.
If my money isn’t returned today I will take legal action against you.

We're heavy sorry for inconvenience!
It seems that you updated the Adobe Lightroom to 6.2.0 version where an error on their side appeared.
Good news are that for today, Lightroom team has already fixed this bug :)
Please, update Adobe Lightroom in App Store now.
You'll be able to import the presets as usual and as it is mentioned in our general guide.
If you had the presets imported to LR before its previous update, please, delete them and import from FLTR again.
Now your FLTR presets are working correctly with Lightroom!

繁體中文進去介面都還是英文

簡體介面都會變成簡體，繁體介面都沒有更改都是英文，那請問一下繁體中文是設定什麼意思的
