機車托運
台北運到高雄，僅離開機車兩天時間可以把我的摩托車用爆，整個後照鏡的殼不見，還看不到後方來車，明顯倒車撞擊過，手機殼也無法固定，真的是太厲害了，你們不應該成立托運，你們要叫爆破公司，把別人的機車用爆再叫我們在網路填損壞單，請問車子壞掉的時候為什麼沒辦法主動通知並賠償，還需要跑這些流程？你們難道沒點自知嗎？請來的托運人員都是三歲小孩嗎？眼睛長在哪，手又不見了嗎，開車都在玩嗎？還是你們根本拿不出錢賠償，沒錢開什麼公司，笑死人了。
台中到台南等了6天還沒到
我禮拜六寄車他們說禮拜六就會寄出，我註明地址站名說要在一站等了6天才收到電話說下午送到，我打電話問一站的阿姨，阿姨說他都沒收到車啊，他不清楚，我就打早上的電話回撥，他說大家都送二站他不知道一站，我說我早就知道二站要等很久了，我已經特別註明了要送一站，我說今天能送到嗎（就在對面）人員就說現在誰有空給妳送車，你不送二站就繼續等
