Based on calculations the fee per week is less than 1 USD, which is very competitive. In addition the refund scheme operates on request over Apple support. This App tells you it’s free and then you get an Apple email about one year subscription for more than 1,500Nt. If you don’t check your email and cancel the subscription in a week, they will charge that money.
This is a google translate translation... so they don’t do anything new.
