親愛的用戶您好，如遇密碼鎖住，請帳號管理者選擇app內「特店註冊」功能執行重新啟用，其他使用者請洽管理者，如使用上有任何問題，歡迎您來電24小時客服：02-27151754，以利專人協助您釐清問題，提供更優質的服務。

常常鎖住搞什麼鬼 鎖住後還要一堆有的沒的解鎖 每個月繳服務費解決問題沒什麼幫助

親愛的用戶您好，感謝您的使用及意見！聯卡e客服APP登入密碼效期為90天，須定期透過APP展延效期或變更密碼，如超過效期則需重新註冊。如為管理者，請透過訪客選單的「特店註冊」功能重新註冊並設定新密碼，其他使用者請洽管理者重設。如使用上有任何問題，歡迎您來電24小時客服02-27151754，以利專人協助您釐清問題，提供更優質的服務。
