提供大臺北地區交通即時資訊及旅程規劃功能，以及依照目前GPS所在位置提供附近站牌及YouBike站位資訊。
Provide real-time traffic information and journey planning functions in Taipei City, as well as provide nearby bus station and YouBike station information according to the current GPS location.
提供視障使用介面，偵測到開啟旁白(VoiceOver)功能將自動導入。
Provides a visually-impaired user interface. It is automatically activated when VoiceOver is detected.

影響搭乘交通運輸
公車站的跑馬燈明明就有在跑公車還有多久進站，但系統仍然顯示同樣的時間，沒有跟著站牌的跑馬燈做更新，萬一公車來了，上不了車會影響工作，請立即改善，謝謝。
每次開啟都要長時間下載站牌資料，毫無時效
行動裝置最重要的就是便利性和即時性，現在每次開啟都要花大量時間下載站牌資料，有時都不知道需要下載多久，等到公車已到站資訊還沒顯示，這樣不如直接留意車輛。

經查每日第一次開啟App需要下載更新資料問題已於111年1月6日10.1.8版本修正，如仍有此問題，建議嘗試將App刪除再重新安裝(我的最愛資料將須重新設定)，或可至HELLO TAIPEI提供發生問題的時間、地點、手機型號、iOS版本、App版本等資訊，以利本局辨識問題點。
