用這個系統非常浪費雙方時間

連1顆星都不值得
極度浪費時間！不斷閃退、有欄位未填跳出提醒就會自動刪除其他欄位資料導致需要不斷重填、系統嚴重卡住，光4份簽名就可以花掉半小時，更別說資料內容呈現不符合電子格式、只是把紙本內容掃描上去這種完全不符合電子化這種只是交作業的介面。
對年長者、有病況不方便的患者來說也是非常困擾的系統，完全不友善！

完全沒有節省時間啊，一大堆病人不會使用，比紙本更耗時間，醫療人員上班就夠忙了，還要花更多時間處理電子同意書，系統真的很爛。

超級難用，簽個名一直卡住，重新輸入五次才成功，病患家屬就夠心急如焚了到底是需要有什麼神仙耐性來給你們操作這麼有bug的系統？！！
