change back to the old version

Why can only one pet be recorded? Can I change back to the old version? No Chinese? I need help

Dear wei-45, we apologize for the late reply. The new version now allows you to access all of your pets and their data. Please contact us at support@11pets.com for further assistance.

New version is bad

I pay for the new version before the update because the old version was so good.
However, the new version is so bad. So much worse to use, and my pets old blood tests records are all gone. And my email request for the data is ignored.
This new app is a total fraud IMO.

Keep the old version, let users decide what they need to make notes. Don’t only give options and challenges. It’s not a game when your animals have medical issues that need to be tracked.

App Crashed!

It crashed once I opened the app! There’s showing updating text but crashed immediately...
