New version is bad

I pay for the new version before the update because the old version was so good.However, the new version is so bad. So much worse to use, and my pets old blood tests records are all gone. And my email request for the data is ignored.This new app is a total fraud IMO. Keep the old version, let users decide what they need to make notes. Don’t only give options and challenges. It’s not a game when your animals have medical issues that need to be tracked.

I’ve updated this app to the newest edition and logged in my account. But the app is broken that the screen shows a standing dog without any bottom to move on to he next step!!! Poor user experience, what a pity
