APP USAGE INFO & PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium Membership, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your monthly subscription is $9.99 per month, a six-month subscription is $39.99, while the yearly subscription is $49.99 per year. (Price may vary by location.) Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

The renewal rate will be according to your subscription $9.99, $39.99 or $49.99.
Purchasing a Premium subscription will automatically end any active free trial, where applicable.

After purchase, you can deactivate automatic renewal in the settings of your iTunes account. Additionally you can manage all your subscriptions after purchase using your account settings.

Great apps!

It’s like the younger siblings of the Freeletics app, some details been cut of but they are almost identical in functions and it works just fine.
Definitely worth the 1590/yr subscription for people who would like a short free-training sections at home without gear nor the stupid gimmicks.

I will give it 5 stars if they provide a shorter period options of subscription.

六週六塊肌計畫

我從4月中到6月中執行這個腹肌計畫,每次訓練20分鐘、每週練習3-4次,六週前後的照片變化驚人,我很感謝這份計畫讓我可以看到些微的腹肌。也很感謝自己可以堅持六週完成這份計畫。
希望之後除了腹肌也可以有背肌或是胸肌等各部位的專業訓練計畫可以參與。
