Can not return the issue product
A product has issue but the apps can not able to return
COD Option
Hello! I would like to buy products in AliExpress, but couldn't order any of the products, because of only one option that is credit/debt cards/bank. I don't have cards to buy any of the products. I would like to request you to allow "CASH ON DELIVERY"option here in Taiwan. Or you can have the option to use convenience stores here such as 7/11, hi-life, family mart and etc to transact conveniently. Sellers can ship out their item using convenience stores and buyers can then pay with cash upon collection. I would like to buy more number of products from AliExpress. I hope you people/staff will consider my concern.

Way to open yourself to spam messages.
I find when you select a category of products there are far to many results returned, impossible to go through them all, and there is no way to filter them down. Secondly when you order something the supplier is free to send you spam messages which I find highly annoying. Thirdly I find the design of the app is hard to get used to. It’s chaotic and laid out in illogical manner. According to the way the company wants things, not considering the customer experience.
