Alipay is a leading open platform for payments and digital services in China.
Users with a Chinese ID and bank account can use Alipay to make payments online and in person at various merchants outside of China as they travel for leisure, business, or study.
Foreign visitors to China can connect their credit card to take advantage of Alipay’s widespread acceptance by tens of millions of merchants across the country. Alipay is not designed or intended for use by foreign users in their home country or anywhere outside of China.
With the users' permission this app can connect to Health [HealthKit] to enable users to participate in walkathons and make donations via the "sports" service. This feature is designed for use by Chinese users in China. It is not necessary to enable this feature to make payments.

不過是個軟件扯到國家去？
-首先在歐美國家大多先進地區都已經普及化用軟件支付，這是一個國家大多數人的選擇，你也可以選擇不跟進，再說個資什麼的真的要查你個資處處都是門路，怕個資外洩就乾脆註銷身分證回到叢林生活。
-第二我必須說支付寶畢竟是大陸國家的產物，你要用他就必須遵從他的認證措施，雖然什麼台胞證、大陸當地的銀行帳戶辦起來真的是麻煩必須到當地才可以辦，大陸人也是都要認證才能使用，畢竟攸關到錢，但是如果只是簡單淘寶付款現在兩國都有合作玉山銀行、國泰銀行各家信用卡甚至到全家、7-11都可以繳款，不必一定要用支付寶付款，話說現在支付寶、微信都要受大陸管控了，小額付款還可以用，大額付款我勸大家還是找正規管道。
-最後，不過就是個軟件怎麼就有辦法扯到國與國了？！大陸人不要落井下石，台灣人不要妄自菲薄吧，就算是日本人、韓國人來辦都會需要這些認證程序的，別因為政治立場不同就陷入迷思好嗎，軟件有優點也有缺點，喜歡你就用，不喜歡也別扯太遠，要打口水戰去別的地方玩沙。
很不方便
手機支付是現在的局勢，中國當地幾乎不在使用紙幣，皆為線上支付，海外遊客當然可以配合，不過很多國際卡雖然可以綁卻刷不過，儲值竟還只能用「中國當地發行」的銀行卡，如果我有「中國當地發行」的銀行卡，請問我儲值幹嘛？當盤子多扣匯率差、手續費嗎？
