App ok, webpage useless, support ZERO

The app in general works good. You get bombarded with messages as soon as you start searching and here the issues start.
When you answer a message or vanishes and will only reappear when the receiver answers.
You make appointment and actually want to join on a computer and not iPhone app you can actually see things someone presents.
There is no way to find a calendar or your tutor on the webpage you have an appointment with except that pertain writes you. So usually when there see I am coming late I get a message and this way I can find them.
There is no calendar on the webpage and no your Tutors area.
And as said, when you answered a message or vanishes. So you can not keep track of then even by having a text conversation with them.

Support does not exist.
You have an AI chat bot that forgets everything he ever said. So it is not an AI. It just prompts the same answers.
And the hint to write "need human support" that it sometimes recommends to you gets 100% ignored.
They have no support. Done.

An app is useless for torturing and webpage not work for it as it is missing the features to actually be a useful tool.

I missed try lessons and I was late on two lessons because it simply does not offer you a way to access a scheduled lesson on the webpage.
Even when you are in the tutors page itself or ina chat with them, there is Zero easy to figure out how to connect with them.

在這裡老師只要聽從導師建議認真製作個人介面，然後認真備課、教課、搶單，就會有不錯的收入，我在暑假旺季的時候甚至可以一個月月入超過10萬台幣！完全可以生活還能存錢。
