Ananda’s healthy cuisine incorporates key principles from Ayurveda, which takes into consideration not just taste, but suitability to body type. The emphasis is on fresh natural foods low in fat and calories using whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, low-fat dairy products, and the avoidance of added or artificial salts, colors, flavors, or preservatives.

This app enables healthy eating with recipes listed for body types (doshas) and for certain dietary restrictions like gluten free, nut free, dairy free etc. Utilising the principles of Ayurveda in western and eastern cooking techniques, there's healthy eating guidelines in it for everyone.
