Very bad experience

I went to 101 Apple Store and was told to use this app for repair status monitoring. First, it is difficult to find where to book time to repair. Second, when I tried booking with a Apple worker at 101 Apple Store, there is no data sync with this app. I can’t find any information in this app. I was mislead to use this app for help but result is bad.
