Left ear keep disconnecting

My left ear keeps disconnecting/ turning off. After touching it twice to turn on, it can reconnect to right ear. But only last few seconds, left ear disconnect/turn off again.

This is so annoying. Please help me to solve.

Nice app

Ease of use, no connection issue, even for firmware updates. However sometimes have to reset the bluetooth connection and do pairing again, I think it’s hardware problem.
