問題一：有時候看完廣告沒有拿到將品，曾經看了三次才拿到。
問題二：廣告呈現的方式有時候是多段的方式，讓人感覺很麻煩，一下要點叉叉按鈕，一下要點向右按鈕。
不合理的累積消費回饋
目前手遊來說，以貴公司推出的活動讓消費者花錢，竟然都不計入消費累積回饋計算方式，而是要單純購買鑽石才有累積金額，這真的超級不合理以及曉得貴公司小氣程度，實在讓人想買活動商品缺覺得沒辦法計入累積金額，讓人實在想消費卻又覺得好像沒得到遊戲中提供的回饋！真的跟太多遊戲不一樣了，真的想放棄
能不能開常時2倍速
希望能夠常時開放二倍速，本身是上班族，只能利用一點零碎的時間來遊玩，遊戲限制只有通關一次的地圖才能開啟加速，導致每天要刷滿薪火都要花大量時間，推圖、多人副本都太花時間，每天體力給得很足，希望全都能選擇開啟加速，不然害怕體力溢出就只能選擇快速掃盪消耗體力，沒時間推圖掃蕩也沒太大收益。
