Payment will be charged via your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends, your charge will occur on the end of the current period. Subscriptions and auto-renewal can be managed and turned off under the Account Settings after purchase.
