Personalize your environment with controllable noise cancellation on our QuietComfort products. With Modes on QuietComfort products, you decide how much of the world to let in. Choose Quiet Mode for full noise cancelling, or Aware Mode to hear your surroundings and your music at the same time. Select products offer Aware Mode with ActiveSense technology, which brings the sounds around you down to a more comfortable level. The result is hearing everything you need to, but at a much more pleasant and balanced volume.
All the QuietComfort and OpenAudio features, like Immersive Audio from the Ultra line, are made readily available for you. Fully customize your experience by balancing the EQ settings, picking your on-product shortcuts, and more all within the app.

藍芽連線穩定度待加強
耳機與手機連線後音樂有時只有從右耳出來，接著右耳音樂斷掉換成左耳有音樂，二邊耳機的音樂切來切去嚴重影響使用者的心情，麻煩請改善與手機間的藍芽連線穩定度
備註：手機在我口袋裡面還能有這種連線品質，真的很不ok
Buggy app and even worse firmware on QC earbuds II
The latest firmware made the sound signature much worse and drowned out the vocals, while adding unbalanced bass and harsh treble. It must be fixed, especially because the price paid is premium. Not to mention the buggy app, that gives random noise cancellation and distortions.
