My experience has been great!!!

As I said, my experience had been great with CASETiFY. I had a few questions to ask and they replied immediately and they were so kind about it. The quality of the product itself is amazing and honestly no other case brands can beat this. There are customizable cases and hundreds upon hundreds of designs for you to choose the best out of. Many designs have cute designs but poor quality. I am genuinely impressed:)

Awful service

The customer service mailed me because the case I chose is somehow out of stock for system errors about two weeks after my order is placed. All they can do is refund or let me choose other items which I’m not even interested. The ridiculous poor crisis management will irritate people definitely but they rather sit on theirs hands.
This catastrophic shopping experience is gonna prevent me from buying any Casetify products.
