Worst airline
My booking reference No. is IGQ6YW.
I bought the tickets on Dec. 26. and checked-in successfully in the NML airport. Because I can't check-in through your web and application.
I want to manage the date of my flight. And my "booking reference No." doesn't work again! Your web and application always said " The booking that you are trying to retrieve does not exist or requires the GetGo member to login " So just tell me how can I manage my booking? What's the problem with your service of web and application?
Today is Jan. 7 and no one reply my e-mail(Dec. 28). Screw you. Never book your flight!
Doesn’t work
Your app tells me that I don’t have a boarding pass yet and that will be provided to me at the airport, but on your web page I clearly already have my boarding pass.
I also don’t see the option to send the boarding pass to the wallet app.
