Always have problem makes trouble in my life

Often have tech issue with top up and sometimes none of them working, I ask their agent, they always said that is function, but reality is that after I keep asking them to check, later the only thing they do just admit wrong and apologize, which means useless, problem still there, recommended change to another tele company

Did you guys forget iPad cannot receive SMS

iPad cannot receive SMS, but you guys design use this and only this way for login?
