The app was crash when opening my order history

The app was crash when open my order history

The most terrible online shopping experience

One star is even not worth it!
After receiving the order confirmation, no status update at all and still haven't shipped my order in the past 5 business days.
I sent my questions by email or through their app again and again till today got nothing response!
This is the worst customer service that I have ever met. Now, I have no idea how to escalate my order request, even can't cancel my order and get my money back.
