CUSTOMISED TO THE AGE OF THE USER
We aim to ensure responses are appropriate for the age of the user, we recognise that children grow fast and every age is different, a 9 year old typically requires a different response to a 12 year old.

CHILD SAFETY & PARENTAL CONTROL
Child safety and parenty control and support is at the heart of everything we build. Chat Spark has a password protected parental controls to give parents flexibility to control many topics of discussion. If a topic is mentioned Chat Spark will advise the user to discuss with a parent or guardian and an alert is sent to the parent. We have incorporated a “Help” button in all areas if they ever need help or to report anything to get a fast response. We have proprietary child safety filters to block inappropriate content.
