Adding payees
I can’t add new payee now. It mentions I have to add the payee at setting. When I access through setting, it show the same page when I like to make a transfer (selecting payee), but there’s no option for adding new. Please improve it!!!

Vì sao mình nói tệ:
1. Kết nối vào app chậm dù mình đang dùng tốc độ Internet tốt nhất.
2. Hiển thị duy nhất 1 sản phẩm thẻ. Nếu khách hàng sử dụng nhiều hơn một sản phẩm thì chỉ xem được sản phẩm thẻ.
3. Không có chức năng như gửi tin nhắn hoặc email đến chăm sóc khách hàng trực tiếp trên app.
4. Có cập nhật chương trình khuyến mãi, khách hàng có thể check trên app, điểm tích lũy. Nhưng đó đều là những ưu đãi tương ứng và gắn mặc định với loại thẻ. Ngoài ra thì chẳng có gì đặc biệt để chủ thẻ đáng quan tâm.
Là một khách hàng sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ của Citibank gần 3 năm, những thay đổi gần đây của Citibank mình có cảm giác nó đang đi xuống về chất lượng dịch vụ, chương trình khuyến mãi chủ thẻ. Lần cập nhật cái app này cũng là một trường hợp tương tự.
