This application allows you to focus only on the 5 most important tasks to be done today to achieve your professional and personal goals.

Plan the 5 most important tasks to be done for the next day in the evening, ideally before bedtime. Doing so before bedtime allows your brain to restart for 6 to 9 hours during your sleep. You will be productive right from the start, as the planning will already be done and your subconscious will have started working to solve your tasks.

Create a habit of planning the 5 tasks to be done the next day every evening without exception. This method will help you achieve all your goals.

The next day, focus only on the first task on your list. Work until you have finished the first task before moving on to the next one.
