Usable but not very stable

The App alerts to refresh in order to trade but it usually won’t work. The only way to get it to work is to restart. It’s no good for frequent trader.

System crushed

Dear eToro,

I love how easy eToro gets me into US stock market and I appreciate eToro verified people’s identity, which makes me feel safe. I have been through some technical issues yesterday about the order got reversed, and I wrote the letter to the customer center. And they got me back with the phone today. I appreciate eToro’s efficiency. However, their responds shocked me. Mr. Chen who I was talking to basically avoid every responsibilities they have caused to the systems issues. He said that they cannot do anything if there’s no record showing on the system. BUT this is your TECHNICAL problem!!! You cannot avoid any responsibilities like that with no serious attitude. And this is our money!! You should have taken more serious. I was very disappointed. I hope eToro do some serious investigation about the issue happened yesterday (on 3/13, around 21:30 EST to 22:00 EST).

Get ready to lose money with worst app performance ever

If you want to experience being logged out at market opening, and the system keeps on rejecting you for 15 minutes, and by the time you can get in, you already lost 20% or more, then you can consider eToro. The app is simply crap at managing user login activities, sometimes I just get logged out for no reason and can’t log back in for over 10 minutes. The support is also useless as they just don’t reply you within 2 days, you just need to wait for as long as you can till you’re account is working again, which can be half a day, a day, or even more than that!
