Prevent falls and improve your strength, balance, and mobility with quick and easy exercises you can complete at your own pace! Engage in chair exercises by following along with the guided exercise video and exercise handout. Additionally, you can progress through three levels of standing exercises by following along with the appropriate exercise videos and exercise handouts.

Special Features:
* Customize your profile and set reminders based on your personal preferences.
* Educate yourself with links to resources such as fall prevention educational materials, learning how to fall safely, and online and in-person exercise classes.
* Invite your friends and family members to support you and exercise together by simply taping on people in your contact list on the “Build Support Network” tab.
* Track your progress by participating in an activity every few weeks to see how your leg strength changes.
* Check out the "What's Happening" dashboard and track your exercise progress. Your friends or family can comment on your progress!
* A Congratulatory Message displays positive feedback and recognition for completing an exercise. It also motivates you to continue to the next level of exercises.
* The Tips Screen provides helpful suggestions on how to perform exercises correctly and safely.
