Hello Dandanman7! Did you try to force quit (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330) all HomeKit enabled apps and then reboot the iPhone? When opening the app Home from Apple, do you see any error there? You may want to contact me at volker@evehome.com.

Did you try a real reset or just pressing the reset button?https://help.evehome.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010004573-How-do-I-reset-Eve-Room-Hello! The battery is probably deep discharged.Please try the following step by step:Connect Eve Room (2018) with the supplied cable and a suitable power supply like that of the iPhone or iPad and plug it into the power outlet.Wait 10 minutes.Press the reset button on the back of the Eve Room (2018) with an open paper clip for 10 seconds.Now let the Eve Room (2018) charge for a few hours.Best regards, volker, volker@evehome.com
