Hi, I have connect EVE Weather to my Apple TV. I would like to know how to set if temperature higher than certain value, then notice me on the phone? Thank you.
Stuck on initializing homekit screen and crash reinstalled , still stuck
開發者回覆Hello Dandanman7! Did you try to force quit (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330) all HomeKit enabled apps and then reboot the iPhone? When opening the app Home from Apple, do you see any error there? You may want to contact me at volker@evehome.com.

開發者回覆Hello! Please open Eve Energy/ Eve Energy Strip in the app Eve. Goto Rooms > Room with the accessory > Eve accessory and open it.
The hardware cannot be reset.Just a beautiful decoration.More resets are still like this.Accessory Already AddedTo add this accessory to your home, you’ll need to reset it first.Every reset.Press for 10 seconds.

The battery is probably deep discharged.Please try the following step by step:Connect Eve Room (2018) with the supplied cable and a suitable power supply like that of the iPhone or iPad and plug it into the power outlet.Wait 10 minutes.Press the reset button on the back of the Eve Room (2018) with an open paper clip for 10 seconds.Now let the Eve Room (2018) charge for a few hours.Best regards, volker, volker@evehome.com

開發者回覆Hello Funyi,after we became aware of this issue, we immediately submitted an update to resolve it. This update is currently in review by Apple and will be available very soon.In the meantime, tap and hold the app icon and select a room or scene to open and use the Eve app. Note: If you choose a scene from the menu, HomeKit will activate it.Thanks for bearing with us,your Eve team
