已經聯繫電話客服解決此次問題，但日後又發生一樣的問題就又要打一次電話，客服應該會忙死

您好，配合關務署要求，EZWay推播通知【簡訊認證且未填寫健保卡號用戶】至APP補登【健保卡號(NHI card number)】及【出生年月日】，如經系統通知後仍未如期完成健保卡驗證，或健保卡資料輸入錯誤審核失敗時，海關將註銷實名認證資格。

You require a card reader to enter your APRC information, instead of having a way to select APRC and a photo as proof, since there’s no expiration date. Most people don’t own card readers, as that is something a store or business would have. I was contacted by the developer telling me I can take a photo of my APRC and upload it. Unfortunately I cannot find the place where you can upload a photo of your APRC. Furthermore, even though the app allows for some English, the Customer Service button is completely in Chinese and you cannot understand it. You also get a link to an online website that’s completely in Chinese and there’s nothing to show how to switch to English. Foreigners really need more help.

After months of back-and-forth emails with the support staff, they finally figured out that their app couldn’t recognize the back of my APRC because of extremely minor fading on one number and some of the barcode area. I only managed to fix the problem by touching up the faded areas with a marker pen. If you’re having this trouble of the app not recognizing your ID, I suggest this method. The support staff cannot manually enter the information in for you or are unwilling. The suggestion by the support staff that in such cases we should apply for a re-issuing of our APRCs, which is a permanent document, is ludicrous and absurd given the cost and inconvenience of the process combined with the overall inadequacy of the app itself and the necessary nature of its use for people living here. FIX THE APP and stop blaming its inherent and obvious inadequacy and inconvenience on something else.
