Sorry for the inconvenience. You have to change your "Plug & Play" mode to "Airplay & Setup" before you upgrade. After change the mode, please turn on your personal hotspot then launch EZCast app. Thanks

在台灣的客服跟進得很好，他們很耐心解讀問題，現在使用正常，非常感謝台灣客服！

請長按機身上的按鈕/小孔約五秒進行重置，並請使用外接的5V/1A充電器提供穩定的電源，
建議不要使用電視的USB接口當電源。
It’s hard to use it.

For providing you better customer services,please specify the information for us: Dongle’s SSID: EZCast-12345678, for example (or photo the bootup image for us like attach picture) Dongle’s firmware version: 16602001 for example Functions: EZCast(Photo, Camera, Video, the Web, ……), Airplay, Miracast or DLNA EZCast OS: Android, iOS, Windows, Windows Phone, Mac, or ChromeOS App Symptom: Fail to install, App crash, Fail to stream, Fail to mirror…… Thanks for your understanding and help.
