App has bugs, but good customer support
App had a bug when restaurants would be full, but the app would say a reservation could still be made. Customer support called me and set up an alternative reservation. I don't know if I would be comfortable making future reservations with EZ table, but at least customer support resolved the issue this time. I would double check with the restaurant to be sure.
單純訂位就好不要買餐券
只適合用來單純訂位就好，不要買餐券，價格其實跟現場一樣，沒有比較便宜，而且退款機制很糟糕，客服電話是假的，2022年12月15日當天的餐券沒有使用當天申請線上退款，到現在2023年03月13日依然沒有收到退款，這其中我已經線上申請至少五次的填單退款，完全沒有消息

消費者可透過EZTABLE APP 或是官網，至會員專區>訂位記錄中手動操作取消訂位，取消訂位成功後，系統自動發送取消訂位通知信，若消費者未收到信件，亦表示操作未完成或是已經是低於取消時限而無法取消，詳細說明可參閱官網「常見問題」。
