Most worst app

The labeling is unclear, and the added value function I requested is incorrect. After contacting customer service, they said there was no successful transaction and asked me to contact my bank myself, but the payment has already been deducted. I waited for a month and still haven't received a refund. Moreover, the added-value function I paid for is not different at all. I've already found a house to live in for two weeks, and it wasn't through this app. On March 2nd, I inquired about several landlords on the app, but none of them responded to me. So, I wasted money on two transactions and got no results whatsoever.
