Travelling with FlixBus and FlixTrain is easy! Just download the free app and give it a try. For bookworms who’d like more details, here are some tips to get you started.

BOOKING

Choose your desired connection, enter your passenger information, choose your preferred payment method, and pay for your ticket. The advantages of booking through the app:

- Your app is your ticket - no need to print anything

- You have access to special offers only available through the app

INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP

You can access your trip information and ticket anytime and follow the location of your bus or train easily. Let the app guide you to your stop.

Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the trip, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won’t miss any information. Very important: don’t forget to allow push notifications!

LUGGAGE

Every ticket includes 1 free handbag on board and 1 free suitcase/travel bag. Unlike flights or other means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more luggage with you on the bus or train by purchasing additional luggage. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers and train staff are happy to help you stow them away. COMFORT ON BOARD

How do I change my email address for notification?

This company is purely unprofessional and lack of responsibility. I purchased a ride from Davis back to UCLA, which includes a transfer stop at 5th st in San Francisco. The driver simply was late to pick us up in Davis. As a result, our bus arrived 10 minutes late to 5th st. However, the bus had already left. I got school the other day. A bunch of us called, and they said no refund despite it was their problem. There were no follow up after the incident. We had to all find a different ride. Thankfully, one bus driver got us all back. Nevertheless, this experience taught me to never use this app again. It was terrible. You might have one or two fair trips. Then incidents like this will still catch up one day. Beware using this app. I never reviewed any transportation apps. This is the first one, and I hope this could be able to warn those trying to use this app. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t provide updates, and it’s just super unethical to do such things to others! While I learn in my school is to serve the community, I cannot stand to see some malicious company trying to take advantages of others like this.

Bad quality of traveling by flixbus

90 % of my experience traveling by flix bus was bad.
1. My friend who was traveling from Ostrava met a rude bus driver, and according who’s sayings that the bus driver seemed to “personally” reserved the seat for his fam/friend, and my friend was suddenly asked for changing the seat which he has already reserved.
2. According to my personal experience, seats are not always fixed, even though you reserved for your seat.
3. Bad air con which will make you hardly breathe.
Not gonna recommend foreign trackers to take their buses. You guys have better options.
