Some suggestions

First I think the success rate is a joke.

Second, when starting a career at 16 years, the rating and abilities are too lower for it. Hard to earn money when you need money and experience points to upgrade. Perhaps exchanging points for money is a way.

Third, a sponsorship of boots and equipment is a common thing in real world. Could add it in to make it fun.

Finally, it's a really good game. I do enjoy it a lot. Keep up the good work.
