My order was canceled due to app incompetence

The app automatically changed my delivery country from Taiwan to UK when I tried to place an order. On top of that, their system refused to let me change it back to Taiwan. When it finally did allow me to do so I placed the order only to find out my country in the order confirmation email was still UK. After waited for 5 days for customer service to reply my problem at Twitter the only answer I got was there was nothing they can do but cancel my order.

If you don’t live in UK don’t bother downloading this frustrating app, truly a disappointment!

The delivery Country can’t be change fromcUK

The app is only design for UK market or international? I even setup other Country but it always change back to UK. Even when I do some shopping. That will make some inconvenience. Can you fix it?
